MEIBAN TECHNOLOGIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a TECHNICAL PLASTIC SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. Job Description: • Providing specialized knowledge on plastic materials and their properties for manufacturing processes. • Assisting in the design and development of plastic components, ensuring material selection aligns with performance requirements. • Advising on plastic molding techniques like injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding to enhance production efficiency. • Ensuring that plastic parts meet required specifications and quality standards. • Addressing material or process issues and providing technical solutions to manufacturing challenges. • Ensure injection molding machines, equipment, and connected automated systems are set to regulation parameters, meet quality standards and all production goals. • Set up and molding machines, read blueprints, and check products with calipers, optical comparators, and other testing methods and devices. • Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and document process changes. • Understand the importance of reducing and reusing material scrap to protect our environment and save costs. Requirements The required skills for the position TECHNICAL PLASTIC SPECIALIST are: • Must have 5 years and above experience in plastic material. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities.
