PLASTIC INJECTION MACHINE SPECIALIST

MEIBAN TECHNOLOGIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a PLASTIC INJECTION MACHINE SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. Job Description: • Set up, heat up, start up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust process settings on the plastic injection machine as per standard. • Evaluate and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing method. • Perform programming of plastic injection machines that produces plastic injected parts, including auxiliary equipment, etc. • Ensure plastic injection machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automated systems are set to regulation parameters, meet quality standards and all production goals. • Fine-tuning process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure high-quality output and efficient production. • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to machine performance, moulds, and product defects. • Ensuring that molded parts meet design specifications and quality standards. • Setting up, calibrating, and operating plastic injection machines for production. • Maintain quality standards by conducting in-process inspection, line clearance, accurately record data as it is collected and continually monitoring the process ensuring product meets specifications. • Monitors machines and equipment to ensure they are continually operating at optimal efficiency to reduce cycle time and down time. Requirements The required skills for the position PLASTIC INJECTION MACHINE SPECIALIST are: • Must have 5 years and above experience in plastic injection machine. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities.
