Position: Automation Quality Assurance for Products and Services

Evaluate requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide prompt and insightful feedback.
Develop automation test strategies and test cases for both functional and non-functional requirements.
Estimate, prioritize, organize, and coordinate testing tasks.
Design, create, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools such as JMeter and Selenium.
Analyze automation test outcomes and inform the development team of any system issues.
Maintain automation scripts in response to any system modifications.
Conduct automated regression testing once issues have been resolved.
Experience with API testing and automation.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to determine system needs.
Oversee debugging process results.
Monitor quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and the number of open defects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Strong implementation of testing techniques.
Proficient skills and knowledge in software automation testing practices.
Competent skills and knowledge in programming (Java is preferred).
Adept in Jenkins, pipelines, GUI testing, and API testing.
Strong English communication skills.
Driven by self-improvement and results-oriented mindset.
