Responsible to provide administrative & office support activities to facilitate smooth operation of the company.

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded; E.g.: sales submission, payroll, prepare invoices, pull CTOS, update asana, printing & photocopy process payment, purchase requisition, payment voucher, receipts and cheques etc.

To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by management.

Keep all the company information as confidential.

Responsible in daily Account receivable (AR) / Accounts payable (AP) transaction.

Handle HR and administrative matters.

Keep office organized.

Work closely and support internal departments.
