Multimedia Designer

- Creative Design: Develop and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including web, social media, print, and packaging. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions. - Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects. Keep files organized and maintain proper documentation of design projects for future reference and collaboration. - Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate design approaches. Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements: - Diploma in Multimedia Design or a relevant field. - Minimum 2 years of related work experience. - Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. - A flair for designing visually appealing and engaging collateral. - Self-driven in managing projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Bonus Advantages: - Experience using creative tech tools (e.g., AI tools). - Basic knowledge of other video editing software (e.g., CapCut EN/CN, XiuXiu, etc.). - Knowledge of any 3D software.
