Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

a) Handle full set of accounts, includes General ledger, account receivables, account payables, tax and treasury;

b) Responsible for preparation of tax estimation, audit schedules and monthly analysis report for Income Statement and Balance Sheet;

c) All aspects of accounts of the Company and its related companies and in ensuring that the accounts are promptly updated and closed promptly every month;

d) Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation activities and resolve accounting related issues.

e) Proper management of daily cash position, general banking activities with banks, inter-

company advances, etc.;

f) Prompt verification and submission of reports, payment vouchers, invoices, etc.;

g) Ensure that all periodic reports are promptly done and properly submitted to the relevant authority(ies) and properly filed;

h) Liaise with relevant external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors,

bankers, government authorities, suppliers, etc.;

i) To ensure all accounting and financial records, and procedures comply with company’s

policies & accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.

j) To ensure that the policies of the Company are followed at all the times; and

k) To carry out any other specific duties as may be instructed or delegated by Senior

Management and superior from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
