Part Time Kitchen Crew (1 Vacancy)

This position offers the job of a kitchen crew to help out managing our kitchen.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manning the kitchen bar to prepare sandwiches/meals, prepare ingredients & dressings.
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness & food item hygiene & freshness at all times, help out with dishwashings and other cleaning tasks.
Keep track of kitchen inventories.
Take turns and shifts on managing kitchen tasks.
Prepare & serve kitchen menus according to company standards & SOPs.

Required skills & traits:

Basic food preparation skills, knowledge of food products.
Understanding of food safety practices
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipments.
Possession of any certifications in regards in culinary will be helpful as well.
Communication Skills: To be comfortable & respectful in communicating with team members
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances; and lift heavy items for long periods
Motivated and demonstrated interest in the position.
Good punctuality and disciplined
Team player
Good health condition
Must have own mode of transportation
