Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the logistics team in coordinating and managing logistics operations. The ideal candidate is required to have excellent communication skills, be accountable for their assigned tasks, and possess strong teamwork abilities. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize all driver-related documents. • Send confirmation emails to suppliers and customers. • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Resolve logistics-related issues promptly. • Make calls to drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding arrival times or cancellations. • Assist with administrative tasks. • Travel as needed and occasionally work overtime. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. • Perform other tasks as directed. Requirements: • High school diploma or SPM. • 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft System (Outlook / Team / etc) and logistics software.
