PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING: Position: HR ASSISTANT Job Descriptions: 1. Complete a range of clerical tasks such as managing calendars, opening & replying emails, managing correspondence, sorting emails, monthly schedules, among others. 2. Assist with office general works such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and administrative matters. 3. Develop and maintain proper filing systems & documentations. 4. Manage proper documentations such as organise filing (all important documents, records, reports etc.) and maintaining them (hard copy & soft copy) 5. Perform data entry of required information into relevant databases and spreadsheets promptly. 6. Responsible for maintaining Assets & Property List such as to label all company asset & property, prepare documentations (hard & soft copy) of all labelled asset & property, keep track of all company asset & property, and duplicate office keys & access card when required. 7. Assist with the HRDC-approved training, training grants application and submission. 8. Assist with HR matters especially on hiring, evaluation, training, and resigning procedures for the employees. 9. Assist HR Training & Admin Officer in office related works. 10. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by HR or the management from time to time. 11. Answer phone calls or direct calls to the appropriate department/unit 12. Handling incoming calls (taking messages, pass to appropriate staff) 13. Prepare all office monthly schedules 14. Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating refreshments for corporate meetings. 15. Assist in any office related work such as certificate updates with Majlis, and official letters preparations. Office Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (SS 15) Candidate must have their own transport. Candidate must require to work from the office. Candidate must willing to work during weekends. Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2400 (Depending on experience & qualifications). Qualification requirements: 1. Minimum Degree 2. Have at least brief office administrative experience 3.
