Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall daily operations of Maintenance Department in maintaining functionality, efficiency and safety of all the operational machines, equipment, infrastructure, facilities, buildings etc. of the company. 2. Lead, manage and oversee the maintenance team including related contractors in all maintenance activities including air handling unit (AHU), wastewater treatment plant and boilers. 3. Responsible for machines performance and trouble-shoot machine failure to ensure smooth production run. 4. Lead in analyzing equipment problem and conduct evaluation, root cause analyses and propose feasible short-term solution and long-term preventive actions. 5. Sufficient planning, coordination, and execution of plant maintenance activities to ensure compliance to schedule, procedures, guidelines and statutory requirements. 6. Identify areas of improvement to create, implement and evaluate maintenance procedures and systems, and suggest continuous improvement plans for proper manufacturing techniques to achieve manufacturing excellent. 7. Responsible to monitor and maintain machine accessories and spare part inventory. 8. Responsible to ensure the water treatment plant compliance with the regulatory requirements. 9. Responsible for annual budget preparation and regular review to ensure maintenance cost is within budget. 10. Responsible to co-ordinate with Production on “Stop Production Request” when servicing machinery is needed. 11. To assist Procurement on technical related matter such as machinery, equipment, apparatus, hardware and etc. 12. Member of the organization's Safe & Quality Management Systems (SQMS) team, ensure the compliances with all GMP regulations, ISO, HACCP and other associated certification systems. As well as assure the compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental standards in the factory. 13. To perform specific duties as and when required as a member of the SQMS Team. 14. To carry out any other related duties as directed by the Company Management. Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and managerial capacity. • Preferably managerial personnel specializing in Maintenance / Repair (Machinery & Facilities) or equivalent. • Sound technical skill, independent and good trouble shooting skills. • Good self-discipline & interpersonal skills. • Adequate supervision & leadership skills. • Full-Time positions available.
