Qualifications and Skills: - A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in an administrative role or office management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
