Job Description:
a) Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and phone call to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership.
b) Coordinate and record customer's appointment booking and plot the capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of operations in Service Department.
c) Conduct Post Service Follow Up with customers to measure customer satisfaction for improvement activities.
d) Handle customer's concern (Voice of Customer), analyze root cause and propose improvement activities.
e) Ensure all customers' voice is promptly reported to the Management.
f) Liaise and communicate with dealer internal staff/management to ensure prompt and effective reply of Dealer Service Level Agreement (DSLA) through Customer Relation Management System.
g) Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring.
h) To ensure compliance to customer data utilization by Dealer Management and Honda.
i) Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer towards achieving high customer satisfaction.
j) Conduct invitation, record customer's appointment and coordinate parts ordering for Product Update (PUD).
k) Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Requirement:
a) Minimum SPM/Certification/Diploma in any field of study.
b) Candidate with relevant working experience is preferred.
c) Cheerful and smiley face always.
d) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
