• Lead the 3D animation process from concept to execution, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering. • Collaborate with creative teams to design visually compelling 3D animations for OOH, DOOH, and FOOH projects. • Work on high-profile campaigns that require creative problem-solving, innovation, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Oversee and mentor junior 3D artists, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and creative direction. • Ensure the technical quality of assets and final animations, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. • Use Blender and other industry-standard tools to create photorealistic and stylized 3D content. • Optimize 3D assets and workflows for efficient production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Stay up to date with the latest trends in 3D animation and continuously explore new tools, techniques, and technologies. • Work closely with clients and the internal team to interpret brand visions and translate them into impactful visual stories.
• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in modeling, texturing, rigging, and lighting. • Proficiency in Blender (or similar software like Maya, 3ds Max) and other industry-standard 3D tools. • A strong understanding of 3D animation principles, storytelling, and how to convey emotion and energy through motion. • Experience working on large-scale OOH campaigns or similar high-profile projects. • Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior artists. • A deep understanding of brand storytelling and how to visually communicate a brand’s essence through animation. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in creative and technical challenges. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting. • Experience in OOH/DOOH advertising or similar fields is a plus.
