• Create original and compelling visuals for social media, websites, print materials, and other platforms.
• Deliver a diverse range of graphics and visuals that align with branding needs and adhere to brand guidelines if applicable.
• Provide effective design solutions, manage multiple projects efficiently, and ensure timely delivery.
• Understand client and internal team requirements thoroughly to deliver targeted, impactful designs.
• Effectively communicate design strategies and creative concepts.
• Support the company’s growth by driving creative design solutions and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in graphic design or a similar field.
• Diploma/Degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and/or other design software.
• Resilient under pressure.
• Self-motivated to prioritise and manage tasks and projects independently and efficiently.
• A fast learner who constantly seeks ways to improve design accuracy, execution speed, and quality of work with minimal guidance.
• Strong team player who proactively communicates and collaborates with the team.
• Open-minded, optimistic, and transparent.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Driven to research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, ideas, and technologies.
• Other design skills, knowledge or experiences (eg. animation, photography, illustration, video storyboard, digital imaging, etc.) are an added advantage.
