  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The role is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

To be a successful field service engineer, you should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organisational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, and supervising technicians.
  • Testing & commissioning the smart home system to complete the delivery on time.
  • Running field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
  • Must be able to perform residential eletrical wiring tracing and hand-on stuff.
  • Escalate the issue to R&D and lialising for solution.
  • Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times.
  • Manage SLA (Service Level Agreement) with client
  • Prepare as-built & UAT(user acceptance test)
  • Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact.
  • Meeting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.
  • Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during the installation process.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Create documentation and training materials for customers.
