About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative intern to help drive retention strategies for both jobseekers and clients using our job portal. This role focuses on crafting and implementing CRM strategies through email, in-app banners, and push notifications. You’ll collaborate with our CRM marketing team to increase engagement, optimize customer journeys, and improve retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention-Focused Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing email, in-app banners, and push notification campaigns to re-engage jobseekers and retain clients.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Help map out and refine customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that encourages retention for both jobseekers and clients.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Work with CRM tools to segment users based on behavior and engagement levels, enabling personalized communication strategies for jobseekers and clients.
- Loyalty & Re-Engagement Tactics: Support the development of loyalty programs and re-engagement offers, encouraging jobseekers to apply for more jobs and clients to continue posting ads.
- Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging copy for email campaigns, in-app banners, and push notifications, ensuring the messaging is clear, enticing, and focused on retention.
- A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on CRM campaigns across all channels to determine the most effective approaches for driving retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Use CRM platforms to track campaign performance, monitor key retention metrics, and generate reports that provide actionable insights.
- Feedback Collection: Help gather feedback from jobseekers and clients through surveys and outreach efforts, using the data to enhance future retention strategies.
