- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- To develop, update, and maintain company policies and employee handbook as required.
- Degree in HR Management or related field
- Min 2 years above of experience in Human Resources roles
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, and business solution software.
