Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Management.
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
To develop, update, and maintain company policies and employee handbook as required.

Degree in HR Management or related field
Min 2 years above of experience in Human Resources roles
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, and business solution software.
