Administrative Support: Sales Support: Event Coordination:
- Diploma qualified in Sales Administration (or equivalent);
- 4 years proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a sales environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales procedures and customer service practices is a plus.
- Knowing Mandarin is a must
- Contract duration : 12 months
- Salary : RM 6,000
- Work Schedule : Office based – Mon-Fri / 8AM – 5PM
