- Provide administrative support for HR executive
- Payroll processing (i.e.: issue salary slip, yearly salary statements for tax purposes)
- Schedule Interviews and perform fundamental level interview over phone
- Maintain employee relations including arranging yearly and ad hoc training courses
- Assembling and maintaining personnel records
- Maintaining employee files
- Complete termination paperworks
Admin related
- Managing property renting list
- Preparing Tenancy Agreement
- Checking rental payment status monthly basis
- Perform online payment for assessment and quit rent
- Diploma or Degree level in relevant major
- Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Proven 2 years experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or administrative position
- Experience in operating SQL HR Software is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Labour law
- Excellent organizing skills
