- Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable
- Help in reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain updated records of transactions
- Support in budget monitoring and expenditure tracking
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the finance team
- Fresh graduate with a Diploma/bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work well in a team
