Reporting to: Head of Base Management

Overview:

You will be responsible for managing our customer base revenue, from driving incremental revenue from via targeted upsell/cross-sell campaigns to prevent revenue leakage via churn-gating and re-contracting initiatives, and establishing a framework for customer lifecycle management. Your role will be crucial in developing and executing data-driven campaigns that fuel our objectives for base growth in a profitable and customer-centric manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies that align with business objectives for a profitable and sustainable customer base.
  • Design and implement campaign strategies that align with overall business goals and enhance revenue generation.
  • Analyse customer data to identify key segments, trends, and behaviors, utilizing insights to drive targeted marketing and engagement initiatives for base monetisation and retention.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, retention/re-contracting, win-back, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives, ensuring alignment to our overarching CLM strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of base campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, in-app messaging), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign timelines.
  • Identify and implement best practices in customer lifecycle management, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Act as the custodian of customer base revenue and ARPU, to ensure ongoing customer profitability and base growth.

All You Need:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute Impactful strategies and marketing campaigns that drive customer revenue growth.
  • Keen analytical skills with experience and proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and customer data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage various stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
  • A growth mindset, with a strategic and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • A results-driven approach, with a strong desire to drive business impact.
  • Previous experience in CLM, Campaign Management or Base Management Is a bonus.
