Role Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Culture & Employer Branding
- Innovate the AnyMind employer branding through authentic, fun, and engaging communication content strategy riding on snackable and trending new media formats e.g TikTok + IG Reels.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars across Careers social media channels that support the Corporate and Employer Brand Framework.
- Collaborate with the Production team in sharing creative vision for social media content that is aligned with Corporate and Employer Brand Framework as well as relevant social media trends.
- Responsible for identifying creative opportunities for Integrated Talent Management.
- Remotely lead creative direction during photo and video production shoots in partnership with stakeholders, from idea generation and storyboarding to final delivery within budget.
- Ensure that all your creative assets tell a story and get the AnyMind Employer brand messaging across in a clear and aligned manner.
- Ensure meaningful Performance Marketing insights and reporting, routinely analyses, review and report campaign performance to identify opportunity areas for growth and improvement
- Facilitate setup of Employee Engagement activities, including but not limited to company team building, and country town halls, monthly/weekly activities etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned such as office management and administrative functions
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates, with a preference for those who have completed internships in HR.
- A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
- Honest, ethical and dependable.
- Positive and go-getter attitude.
