Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance strategies and procedures together with the Maintenance Manager
- Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the maintenance strategies and monitoring schedule compliance
- Ensure the continuous proper use of CMMS software and keeps a record of all maintenance activities
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and responding to equipment failures
- Diagnosing problems and together with the team, determine the best course of action to take
- Maintaining and managing supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventories
- Maintaining records of costs, incidents, and procedures associated with maintenance and repair
- Takes part in the continuous improvement process to improve productivity and quality
- Complies with, and supports operational procedures/policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent background
- Working Experience as Maintenance Technician, minimum 3-5 years
- Technical skill such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Working knowledge of facilities’ machines and equipment
- Experience with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Displays a good command of English and Malay
- Good computer literacy
