Job Description:
- Stay informed about the latest features, specifications, and innovations in our vehicle lineup to provide comprehensive product knowledge training to the sales team
- Stay updates on industry trends, competitor products, and sales best practices to continually enhance training content and methodologies
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to create, improve, and maintain training programs to meet the evolving needs of the sales team
- Facilitate and support the delivery of training sessions to ensure that sales team members receive high-quallity training
- Manage the e-Learning platform, including the development and updating of content, promoting e-learning adoption, and tracking and monitoring progress
- Coordinate and manage the annual Certified Nissan Professional Program to ensure that sales professionals meet certification standards
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training through Gemba evaluation and provide insights for improvement
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Business, Education, or Automotive Management) is preferred
- Proficiency in Chinese Language (reading & writing) is preferable
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in sales training or automotive sales is required
- Experience in designing and delivering trainng programs is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and industry trends
