This is a full-time Export Customer Service role located in Kelang. As an Export Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience on-site.
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in international logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
