Manager, Finance (Treasury/Corporate Finance)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loan origination for project financing / working capital requirement;
• Perform cash flow projection for project development;
• Monitoring the availability, drawdown and repayment of bank borrowings and financial cost;
• Reviewing financing terms and loan documents;
• Monitor and manage the company’s investment portfolio and optimize income/return from short term investment;
• Assist in the fundraising exercises;
• Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Economics or other related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Good analytical skills.
• A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff .
• Competent in the use of Microsoft office applications.
• Problem solving skills and resourceful.
• Willing to work in Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
