- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Provide professional treatments and beauty consulting
- Offer excellent follow-up services to customers
- Provide beauty advice and product recommendations to clients
- Promote the sale of cosmetic and skincare products
- Assist clients in achieving or exceeding daily sales targets
- Follow up on customers' conditions after treatments
- Register in the system and arrange appointments for clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
- Must be able to perform facials and salon treatments
- At least one year of practical experience in this field is required for this position

- Dynamic, sales goal-driven, and high-performance oriented
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, including retail hours
- Experience in selling beauty products/skincare/cosmetics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and a team player
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin, and Japanese will be advantage)
- SPM level or higher
- Malaysian work visa holders.
