Duties and responsibilities
- Preparing invoices and processing payments & claims
- Updating statutory reports
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing, yearly audit and tax compliance
- Handling customer credit assessment, customer registration and trade receivable collections
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions and account
- Assist in banking-related matters such as bank-in, submission and collection of documents
- Filling of documentation in an orderly format
- Prepare Customs Reports/Documentation
- Assist in any event coordination and activities (meetings/trainings/etc)
- Handling office administration works and employee attendance
- Resolve financial disputes raised by customer service and sales person
- To perform other task as assigned
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management or relevant
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Knowledgeable in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Knowledgeable in closing accounts is an advantage
- Must possess own vehicle/transportation
