Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparing invoices and processing payments & claims
  • Updating statutory reports
  • Assist in monthly and yearly account closing, yearly audit and tax compliance
  • Handling customer credit assessment, customer registration and trade receivable collections
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions and account
  • Assist in banking-related matters such as bank-in, submission and collection of documents
  • Filling of documentation in an orderly format
  • Prepare Customs Reports/Documentation
  • Assist in any event coordination and activities (meetings/trainings/etc)
  • Handling office administration works and employee attendance
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by customer service and sales person
  • To perform other task as assigned

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management or relevant
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Knowledgeable in accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Knowledgeable in closing accounts is an advantage
  • Must possess own vehicle/transportation
