Sales Executive, Government Sales

Report To

Manager, Government Sales

Position Summary

The primary responsibility is to support the daily sales demands for the GOM region and to provide direct reports to the GOM Sales Manager. This entails ensuring that the needs of GOM clients are attended to on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have to facilitate smooth operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Accountability
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key account Ministries under his/her coverage
  • Identify new business opportunities within Ministries under coverage and among Government segment market
  • Work closely with peers and GOM Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and CSP targets
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services
  • Manage and attend to MYGOMSALES mailbox within 24 hours SLA
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sales support
  • Keep up-to-date with marker trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the GOM Sales Manager
  • Participate in department activations to expend network and promote our products and services.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
Area of Experience
  • Strong understanding of the aviation market, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales pipeline.
