- Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
- Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Constantly review working processes with vendors
- Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
- Possess at least Degree certificate
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker Preferable based on nature of the work,
- Meticulous and Details Oriented
- Ability to work in teams and open to others’ views
- Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process, a strong communication skill is ideal
