Responsibilities
· Be well-versed with product knowledge.
· Answering customers inquiry.
· Provide friendly customer service to the customers.
· Upselling and promoting brand awareness.
· Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences.
· Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
· Flexibility to work around customer demand
· Taking orders and payment, answering phones, delivering orders, restocking supplies
· Maintain cleanliness and upkeep an organized workspace.
· Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory levels.
· Taking customer information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
· Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
· Minimum SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
· Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
· Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays
· Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations
· Ability to work with team members.
· Willing to transfer to others branch

Pay: RM100.00 - RM120.00 per day
