  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Purpose:

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive monthly data collection, processing, and reporting to support our growing land estates in new regions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Collect and store pricing data on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of individual estates to generate detailed reports.
  • Manage and maintain the database for the communities division.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
