Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
Maintain the company’s website, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content is published.
Conduct SEO activities to ensure the website ranks well in search engines.
Engage with customers through digital channels, addressing inquiries to improve customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and prospects.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients to explain air conditioning services offered.
Prepare quotations and relevant documents for clients.
Handle customer calls and respond to sales-related inquiries.
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities.
Compile daily and weekly sales reports for the sales manager’s reference.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth information flow between sales and marketing.
