Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote air conditioning services such as maintenance, installation, and repair.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
- Maintain the company’s website, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content is published.
- Conduct SEO activities to ensure the website ranks well in search engines.
- Engage with customers through digital channels, addressing inquiries to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and prospects.
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients to explain air conditioning services offered.
- Prepare quotations and relevant documents for clients.
- Handle customer calls and respond to sales-related inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Compile daily and weekly sales reports for the sales manager’s reference.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth information flow between sales and marketing.
