- Assist in Supervising Daily Production
- Ensure Product Quality
- Team Support and Leadership
- Assist with Machine Operation & Maintenance
- Ensure production areas are safe and compliant with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, waste reduction, and quality enhancement in both production processes
- Assist in monitoring the stock levels of raw materials (e.g., paper, resins, adhesives) and report to management when reordering is needed
- Help prepare production reports
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a production or supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably in paper packaging
-Hands-on experience with extrusion processes and/or packaging machinery is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Basic leadership and team coordination skills.
- Understanding of production processes, particularly in paper packaging
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for machinery and production issues.
- Proficiency in basic software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, production software).
- Attention to detail and focus on product quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
