FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its commercial capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve as an Stakeholder Management Executive to be based in Johor Darul Takzim. The Job Description for this position are as below;

Establish, maintain relationships and manage collaborations with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and innovation.
Draft, review, and negotiate Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) and agreements that align with the company’s requirement.
Facilitate with external partners.
Develop and promote the sustainability aspect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices to be integrated into farming operations.
Serve as the point of contact between the company and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across projects.
Plan and execute partnership events, collaboration meetings, and project launches to establish business relationships.
Periodically update on stakeholder relations, partnership opportunities, and ongoing collaborations.
Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and maintaining trust.
CSR initiatives that align with the company's values and positively impact the community.

Minimum DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, AGRIBUSINESS, AGRICULTURE OR ANY RELATED FIELD.
Minimum a year experience in related field. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Ability to negotiate agreements effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
Capable of managing multiple stakeholder-related projects simultaneously.
Problem solving attitude to issues and challenges.
Social media updates including Story telling, Canva, Capcut and Photography.
Preparation of professional and interactive powerpoint presentation.
Active support to business requirements.
Growth mindset and adaptability to work under pressure.
Fit to travel to farming locations, partner sites, and agency meetings as needed.
Adaptability to work in both office settings and outdoor farm environments, as required.
Willingness to handle long hours, especially during events
