Job Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for running the production processes, ensuring smooth operations, and managing day-to-day production activities.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production requirements.
- Ensure that all production activities comply with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements such as ISO 90001, 22000. This involves enforcing adherence to procedures, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- To conduct section meeting to review the production performance, brain storming with the production team, trouble shooting, evaluate effectiveness of corrective action and other methods..
- Monitoring product quality at different stages of production, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Food Discipline or any other related field.
· Knowledge of GMP and LEAN procedures will be an added advantage.
· At least 5 - 7 years supervisory skill and experience.
· Possess strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
