Digital Marketing Designer

Job Descriptions

• Maintain the company's website and social media platforms.
• Identify any potential issues and rectify the problems when needed.
• Improving the overall interface and user experience.
• Ensure websites are optimized for all screen sizes (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including running Meta ads.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings (SEO).
• Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing materials, including ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, scheduling posting, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials to support company branding and marketing initiatives.
• Any adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• You are an independent individual who works well with the team.
• Proven work experience as a web designer.
• Skilled in WordPress and Mailchimp with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Integrate and manage content using platforms like WordPress, LearnWorld.
• Copywriting skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a plus point.
