Dataxet:nama team is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to help shape and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Executive will manage campaigns, oversee the creation of content, and analyze performance data to optimize efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who is ready to take on more responsibility and make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content that align with our brand identity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage and regularly update the company’s social media platforms and website, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and other marketing metrics, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
  • Support marketing efforts with administrative tasks and project management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
