日本語のソーシャルメディアに関するお仕事です。As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll represent our client's brand, providing B2B support to Japanese clients using social media advertising. You’ll assist customers via chat, email (70%), and phone (30%), helping with online ads, orders, payments, and account queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers through chat, email, and phone.
- Help with online ad orders and account management.
- Handle payments and account information securely.
- Address customer concerns to build loyalty.
- Escalate urgent issues when needed.
- Collaborate with your team to improve service.
- Stay updated on product info through training.
- Meet performance targets set by the company.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
- Language: Fluent Japanese skill. JLPT N1 (or N2)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
- Call center experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates with degrees in English Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Shift window:
- Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
