Japanese Speaking Customer Success Specialist - social media project

日本語のソーシャルメディアに関するお仕事です。As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll represent our client's brand, providing B2B support to Japanese clients using social media advertising. You’ll assist customers via chat, email (70%), and phone (30%), helping with online ads, orders, payments, and account queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers through chat, email, and phone.
• Help with online ad orders and account management.
• Handle payments and account information securely.
• Address customer concerns to build loyalty.
• Escalate urgent issues when needed.
• Collaborate with your team to improve service.
• Stay updated on product info through training.
• Meet performance targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
• Language: Fluent Japanese skill. JLPT N1 (or N2)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates with degrees in English Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Shift window:

• Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
