Responsibilities

  • Managing full spectrum of finance and accounting processes for related investment holding companies.
  • Monitoring of intercompany/related parties’ transactions and reconciliation of intercompany balances.
  • Assist in the coordinating and overseeing of financial aspects including accounting, audit, tax, legal compliance, treasury management, consolidation etc.
  • Ensure timely preparation and assist in the review of financial reports with analysis to shareholders including monthly flash report, quarterly performance review, board papers, doctor investment updates as well as other ad-hoc analysis.
  • Assist in the implementation of management reporting requirements from operating companies including annual workplans, annual budgets, monthly management accounts, monthly flash reports, quarterly performance review and other reports and to assist in tracking implementation.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of financial projection and transaction due diligence for corporate exercise.
  • Involve in information system integration/ upgrading and finance related improvements.
  • Assist in implementation of administration related to corporate exercises, if any, e.g. redemption of preference shares, issuance/ transfer of shares, corporate restructuring, capital reduction etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, company secretary, etc, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including auditors, consultants, bankers, regulatory authorities, etc, to facilitate transactions and negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Finance or business administration background.
  • Experience in handling finance & accounting operations and reporting.
  • Prior experience with Board meeting coordination, planning work in finance and administration functions for multi-P&L organisation is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Able to communicate and write well in English.
  • Able to formulate reports with relevant analysis.
  • Multi-task implementation and follow up closely with outstanding items.
