  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the Legal Expert – Provide sound legal advice to our business units, ensuring that every decision we make is rock-solid and risk-free.
  • Contracts Guru – Draft, review, and manage contracts like a pro, ensuring everything from commercial agreements to complex corporate transactions is airtight.
  • Master of Risk – Evaluate business risks, provide clarifications on legal jargon, and protect our interests at every turn.
  • Compliance Champion – Develop and implement compliance programs, create SOPs, and train employees on best practices to ensure we’re always ahead of the game.
  • Industry Insider – With experience in building and construction, you'll navigate industry-standard contracts like PAM, IEM, and FIDIC with ease.
  • Corporate Transactions Leader – Oversee due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and everything in between, ensuring smooth sailing through every deal.
  • Multi-tasking Maven – Handle multiple projects, deadlines, and legal matters with precision and finesse. No detail is too small to escape your keen eye!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent, and you’ve been called to the Malaysian Bar.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, whether in a legal firm, in-house legal department, or both.
  • Solid knowledge of company, commercial, and civil law procedures, along with hands-on litigation experience.
  • Proven experience in building and construction projects, with familiarity in industry-standard contracts like PAM, IEM, and FIDIC.
  • A meticulous approach to contract drafting and review – no comma goes unnoticed!
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping everything in order.
  • Strong understanding of compliance matters, including the ability to draft SOPs, policies, and procedures.
