Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer located in Kuala Lumpur City. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for both Back-End and Front-End Web Development, Software Development, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Daily tasks will include developing, testing, and maintaining web applications to meet client needs and improve user experience.

Max Salary :
- Expats with EP Processing : RM 15,000 per month;
- Local (Highly Preferred) : RM 13,500 per month;
Domain: Banking project or domain experience should need

Work Location: KL Sentral Station, Unit 6, Jalan Stesen Sentral, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years in software development role in large service or vendor-based organisation or established banks/ financial institutions
- Experience in ACI product suites, particularly Base24-eps, UPF and OCM24 will be an added advantage
- Understanding of Cards and Consumer Banking related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development:
• Leverage expertise in C++ and Java-based full-stack development environments to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust solutions
Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with QA testers during testing, debugging and performance tuning to ensure the reliability, security and scalability
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, architects, and business analysts, to achieve project goals and deliverables. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development activities, configurations, and system integrations. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
Job Specifications:
Technical/ Functional skills:
• Strong knowledge and experience in C++ and Java for full-stack development, including backend (server-side) and frontend (client-side) development
• Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks, such as Spring Boot for Java-based applications
• Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, for data storage, retrieval, and management
• Ability to integrate systems using APIs, including RESTful APIs, to facilitate communication between different components
• Proficient in testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management
Non-Technical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and optimize system performance Stakeholder Management
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and architects, to achieve project goals
• Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions
