Job Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and manage new payment product launching, and work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product launch is on track.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders, and provide support to partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in marketing and campaigning with scheme partners to help merchants drive customer usage.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage payment products' daily operation and support.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of two (2) years of working experience in partnership management, business development or similar positions.
  • Strong understanding of payments business dynamics, market trends, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, administrative skills, and meticulousness in handling small details.
  • A FUN individual who enjoys working in an energetic team.

  • Fast learner and always looking to learn new stuff.
  • Self-driven motivation and passion.
  • Good rapport-building skills, and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, preferable Mandarin speaker as required to deal with stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Google Spreadsheet, Google Word Document and Google Slide.
  • Working location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong.

Education Requirement: -

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
