Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent development plans for store operations in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Identify future leadership needs for key store roles, such as store managers, and create a succession development system.
- Design and implement a variety of learning and development programs for store employees, including leadership training and professional skills training.
- Leverage the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with HR and other relevant departments to ensure store operations training aligns with overall HR strategies.
- Monitor the progress of talent development in stores and regularly report the results to senior management.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Foster a positive learning culture, encouraging employees to embrace lifelong learning and personal growth.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent development or related fields within large-scale Retail and/ or F&B industries.
- Experience in leadership programs and talent incubation for front of house positions (Eg: tea barista, service crew, store managers, etc).
- In-depth understanding of modern learning theories, adult education principles, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and engage with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, to communicate with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with various online learning platforms and technical expertise.
- Independent thinker with problem-solving abilities, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training and support activities.
