Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling FULL SET of Account (AP, AR and GL) (COMPULSORY)

• Controlling company cashflow and report in timely manner.

• Maintain proper record and organization of filing system.

• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.

• AR - Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts receivables data

• AP - Key in invoices and allocation of expenses to cost centers accordingly and recording account payable data

• Reconciliation revenue accounts each month

• Issue cheque, upload in bank portal, invoice, official receipt and payment voucher & journal voucher

• Monitoring bank balances and perform bank reconciliation.

• Ensure true and fair state of Profit & Loss Statement & Balance Sheet on monthly basis

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimum cash level, and make sound recommendations on how much cash should be retained in the company, invested in capital projects

• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.

• Preparation of schedule (depreciation, debtors ageing, creditors ageing, management report and etc)

• Maintenance of fixed asset register and agreement documents

• Effectively and efficiently work with tax agent, auditors, company secretary and bankers and all other relevant parties

• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Qualification and Skills:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.

• Have Accounting background for min 3 years

• Have background in Construction industry/field

• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.

• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software (Knowledge in SQL Accounting is advantage)

• Proactive, meticulous, has a good sense of responsibility, and attention to details.

• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

• Able to work independently

• Good attitude & able to work in a team
