Job Description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a motivated and results-driven Sales Management Executive (Business Development). The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and business development, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build and sustain strong relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales growth, expanding our customer base, and uncovering new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customer to generate new business.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Market research and analysis abilities
  • Knowledge of the coatings industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
