Our client, a financial solutions provider with offices across Asia, is looking for a strong leader to motivate, mentor, and coach a team of technical support engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance, fully utilising own tech expertise plus people skills
  • Manage resources and handle complex problems
  • Develop, implement, monitor SLAs to drive excellent customer experience
  • Work across internal and external stakeholders fostering collaboration across multiple teams
  • Develop short term and long term strategic plans to continuously improve team performance in line with the company's business plans and growth
  • Plan for all implementations in application support, upgrades, migrations and system integrations.

Qualifications

  • 8 years' experience in similar role - able to demonstrate track record of being a good leader
  • Hands on and in-depth experience in software development processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans and passionate about business goals
