Our client, a financial solutions provider with offices across Asia, is looking for a strong leader to motivate, mentor, and coach a team of technical support engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Drive team performance, fully utilising own tech expertise plus people skills
- Manage resources and handle complex problems
- Develop, implement, monitor SLAs to drive excellent customer experience
- Work across internal and external stakeholders fostering collaboration across multiple teams
- Develop short term and long term strategic plans to continuously improve team performance in line with the company's business plans and growth
- Plan for all implementations in application support, upgrades, migrations and system integrations.
Qualifications
- 8 years' experience in similar role - able to demonstrate track record of being a good leader
- Hands on and in-depth experience in software development processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans and passionate about business goals
