Responsibilities:
• Responsible of the overall planning and execution of projects, from pre to post contract management functions.
• Work closely with Contract Manager / QS on procurements.
• Work closely with Designer on design related matters.
• Responsible of overall project implementation to meet the budgeted cost.
• Work closely with project and operations team and contractors to ensure quality work and timely delivery of project.
• Prepare reports and documentation in related to project.
• Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client.
• Organize/ attend meetings or presentations for projects involved.
Requirements:-
• Diploma / Degree in Project Management or Construction Management or Interior Design or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably with specialization in corporate office interior design fit-out work / hospitality interior design fit-out work / Architecture / Building.
• Experience in leading and managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Highly motivated, possess positive work attitude and result driven.
• Willing to travel and willing to be relocated, based on location of the project.
