Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Product Application Department, aligning team efforts with company goals and client needs.
- Lead a team of Application Engineers and System Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to understand market trends, client requirements, and industry demands.
- Drive innovation within the department by staying abreast of emerging technologies, products, and industry advancements.
- Oversee the analysis of client needs and the recommendation of suitable products, ensuring a high level of technical expertise and tailored solutions.
- Lead the design and integration of comprehensive product systems, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Review and enhance technical documentation, presentations, and product application materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, optimizing processes, workflows, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the Project Implementation team to ensure successful execution of recommended solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators, departmental goals, and client feedback to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical department, preferably within the product trading or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of lighting systems, electrical components, EV chargers, and mechanical components.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of technical professionals.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate company goals into actionable departmental strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
