About the Company:
Key member in the insurance team working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in the insurance office to support the growth strategies of the entity.
About the Role:
Facilitate sales and quotation request between internal and external stakeholders for all lines of business in support of the generation of business and periodic follow up of quotation with the agents. Facilitate quote secured and reconciliation of businesses from various agents with internal stakeholders to ensure SLA is complied Responsible for end to end business results which includes but not limited to pre and post servicing support to the agents, e.g. portal guidance, general and claims queries as well as GI Agents registration.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales and quotation request between internal and external stakeholders for all lines of business in support of the generation of business and periodic follow up of quotation with the agents.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
- Technologically Proficient
- Good understanding of Risk Management
- Degree qualification is preferred
- Mandarin speaking preferred
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Negotiation and Agency Management skills
- Understanding of agency management and framework
